- Returns for Masks are not accepted due to hygiene and safety purposes.
- We accept returns for refunds, exchanges and/or online credit within 10 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- Please return unused item(s) in original and unworn condition, all tags attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar products stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- We will not accept returns without a valid RA number.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit voucher. Online credit vouchers are to be used within 365 days.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days upon receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been issued to your account.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- All returned items are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee except for exchanges.
- All sale items and special orders (including customizations/alterations) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- All items purchased with a discount code/vouchers are considered sale items, and is only applicable for exchange or online credit. No refunds.
- All previously exchanged items cannot be returned or refunded.
How Do I Make A Return?
Log in to your Eva Varro account and request a return authorization for the garments that you are not satisfied with, along with the specific reason. Upon approval, you will be granted a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be emailed to the email address associated with your Eva Varro account.
Please fill out the return form included in your order and send back with the garments.
