If you are not satisfied with your purchase, write us through our website's contact link within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund, exchange or online credit. We will respond within 2 business days upon receiving the request for a return. Upon approval, you will be granted a Return Authorization Number.
A return request submitted after 10 days of receiving item(s) will no longer be eligible for a refund. We do not reimburse shipping fees. All returns are subject to a $9.00 restocking fee per item and return shipping fee. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please return unused item(s) in original and unworn condition, all tags attached. Any merchandise that is found to be worn or damaged will not be refunded. We will not accept returns without a valid RA number.
