Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!
 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.


To return an online purchased item you must first request a merchandise return. This option is accessible thru your account settings.


You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the delivery date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 


Return shipping is absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.**

 

Instructions for returning an item

If you would like to exchange an item on your order you must do this in the my accounts section under order history.

 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to my accounts section.
  3. Cilck on order history.
  4. Click details on the order you wish to refund.

    (Order status must be set to delivered to make a return. If your order hasn't been delivered you must first wait to receive it. Only then you may issue a return.)

  5. Once you have clicked details you can view your order in detail. Select the items you wish to return and fill in the message field indicating the reason for the return.
  6. Click make RMA slip to send your return request.
  7. We will process this request within 2 business days and send a UPS return label via e-mail. This is a free of charge method to return your items.
  8. Refund will take place once we receive the items and overview it.
  9. Items must be in perfect condition.

 

 


Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
